Project Management

KMW involves the customer in the projects to varying levels depending on the type and scope of the specific requirements. This involvement ranges from acceptance test and hand-over to the customer (in the case of existing KMW T&S products) to the joint analysis of the training needs and requirements definition through implementation. Including the customer in design reviews and acceptance test procedures ensures the customer’s interests are met in the implementation of requirements.

The KMW T&S processes are subject to regular audits and are certified in accordance with ISO 9000 and the AQAP directives applicable to the military sector.

Product Management

KMW T&S product management continuously tracks its product and application environment in a continuous process which integrates into its products technology and market-driven innovations. Regular User meetings ensure that changing mission scenarios of the military user are reflected in KMW T&S products.
